You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. Certain sub-apps (Caster Fans, Casterdating, Casterstream adult content) are strictly 18+ and may require additional age verification.

You represent that you are legally permitted to use blockchain services and hold digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located.

Your account is permanently anchored to a Base Layer 2 (L2) wallet address. This address is the canonical identifier for your profile, $CASTER L1 ledger balance, posts, communities, NFTs, and premium status. Username and display name can be changed at any time without affecting these records.

You may connect via an external wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.) or via an embedded wallet created through a social login (Google, X, Discord, Apple, GitHub, Farcaster) or email using Reown AppKit. Social and email logins generate a non-custodial embedded wallet; the same provider and credential always restores the same Base address.

You are responsible for the security of your wallet credentials, private key, and seed phrase. We have no ability to recover lost keys for external wallets. Embedded-wallet private keys can be exported from Settings at any time.

You may not create accounts to circumvent bans, deceive other users, or impersonate any person or entity.

$CASTER is the native ledger token of the Platform. The $CASTER L1ledger is server-side and append-only, verified by HMAC-SHA256 checksums viewable on Casterscan. $CASTER balances are NOT yet an on-chain ERC-20 token and do not represent transferable value outside the Platform at this time.

When a dedicated Layer 1 blockchain launches, ecosystem participants will carry their earned $CASTER forward on a 1:1 basis. This is a forward-looking commitment, not a guarantee of monetary value.

$CASTER rewards are issued for platform activity as documented in the Docs page and are subject to change with notice. Anti-spam rules, rate limits, and deduplication are applied server-side.

Not financial advice. $CASTER is a platform-internal reward mechanism. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a securities offering, or a promise of financial return.

Certain Platform features — token deployment (Casterpad), DEX swaps (Castertrade), NFT minting (Caster ID, Caster Avatar, Caster NFT), perpetual trading (Casterperps), prediction market orders (Cast Predictions), and USDC/ETH payments — execute real transactions on Base Mainnet.

Onchain actions are irreversible once confirmed on the network. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before signing. The Platform and its operators are not liable for losses arising from user-initiated onchain actions, gas fees, slippage, or smart-contract interactions.

Base ETH is required to pay gas fees for all onchain actions executed through external wallets. Embedded-wallet users must also fund their embedded address with Base ETH before executing onchain transactions.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on the Platform you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and index your content within the Platform and its promotional channels.

You must not post content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, violates third-party intellectual property rights, constitutes harassment or hate speech, depicts minors in sexual contexts (strictly prohibited; will be reported to NCMEC), or is designed to deceive or defraud other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Creator features allow monetization through $CASTER tips, USDC/ETH subscriptions, and stream payouts. You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.

Caster Fans and Casterstream adult content is strictly 18+. Creators warrant that all individuals depicted in uploaded content are adults who have provided informed consent. We reserve the right to suspend any creator account and content pending review.

USDC and ETH subscription payments process on Base Mainnet. The Platform takes a platform fee as described in the Docs. Fees are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

Cast Predictions is powered by the Polymarket CLOB and Builder API. Market resolution is determined by Polymarket's independent oracle, not by Casterchain. We do not control or guarantee outcomes.

Prediction market participation may be regulated or prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Cast Predictions is lawful. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Access to the Casterchain API Platform is available for $9.99 USD/month payable in USDC on Base. API keys are rate-limited. Automated agents must comply with these Terms; spam, manipulation, or fraudulent reward farming will result in immediate key revocation and account suspension.

The self-serve Ads Platform allows post boosting for $9.99/post payable in USDC. Ads must comply with content rules above. Caster Premium subscribers never see promoted posts.

Payments for ads are non-refundable once the boost is live.

You must not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack Platform infrastructure; (c) manipulate $CASTER reward mechanisms through scripted or fraudulent activity; (d) post spam, phishing links, or malware; (e) harass, threaten, or dox other users; (f) impersonate the Platform, its team, or other users; (g) use the Platform if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction.

Casterchain, Caster AI, Casterstream, Caster Fans, Caster Music, Casterpad, Castertrade, Casterperps, Cast Predictions, Caster Games, Casterdating, CasterNFT, Caster Wallet, Caster Premium, Castervote, Casterscan, Caster Name Service, Caster ID, Caster Avatar, and related marks are proprietary to the Platform operators. You may not use these marks without written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF $CASTER L1 LEDGER BALANCE, LOSS OF ONCHAIN ASSETS, OR DATA LOSS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you have paid us in the thirty days preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform operators and their affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice or email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
